The internet is in a meltdown today as @PlaystationSize, a highly reliable database scraper, has discovered new Title IDs for Grand Theft Auto VI added to the backend of the PlayStation Store.
Historically, when these IDs appear, a public pre-order page goes live within 7–14 days. Here is everything we just learned from this massive metadata leak.
The "November 19" Launch Window
While Rockstar Games has officially only committed to a "Fall 2026" window, the leaked placeholder data points directly to Thursday, November 19, 2026. This aligns perfectly with Rockstar's history of mid-November "Blockbuster" launches.
Price Point: The $89.99 Debate
Perhaps the most controversial part of the leak is the placeholder price found on some European storefronts: £89.99 / $99.99.
If this holds true, GTA VI would be the first "Standard Edition" game to officially break the $70 price ceiling. However, given the rumored $1 billion development budget and the sheer scale of Vice City, many industry analysts believe fans will pay it without hesitation.
Pre-Order Bonuses & Editions
According to the database tags, there are three distinct versions currently being prepared:
Standard Edition: Base game + "Vice City Starter Pack" for GTA Online.
Special Edition: Steelbook, physical map, and digital boosting items.
Collector’s Edition: A 1/6 scale statue of Lucia and Jason, plus a branded Monarch-style duffel bag.
What This Means for You
If you are planning to play on Day One, ensure your PS5 or Xbox Series X has at least 200GB of free space. The internal file size tags suggest this will be the largest game ever installed on a console.
